This document summarizes the user feedback collection process for the NAVIGO project.
We gathered feedback using a Google Form shared with students and potential users of the app.
1. Feedback Collection Method
We created a Google Form to gather feedback from users who tested the NAVIGO application,
The form was shared with classmates and testers, and responses were recorded automatically.
2. Topics Covered in the Form
The form included both quantitative and qualitative questions to ensure comprehensive feedback.
Questions covered:

- How easy was it to navigate the NAVIGO website?
- Was the login/sign-up process smooth and understandable?

- Which features did you try? (Quests, Treasure Hunts, Collectibles, Leaderboard, Profile)
- Which feature did you find most engaging?
- Did the Google Maps/location verification work correctly?

Design & Performance
- How would you rate the design and visual appeal of the site?
- Did the site load quickly and respond smoothly?
- Was the dark theme comfortable for long use?

Overall Experience
- How satisfied are you with NAVIGO overall?
- Would you recommend NAVIGO to other students?
- Suggestions for improvements and favorite aspects
3. Expected Outcomes
From the responses, we aim to gather:
- Insights into usability issues
- Feedback on most/least engaging features
- Design and performance impressions
- Suggestions for improvements to guide the next sprint
The feedback results will be summarized in a google sheets document.
